On some other site-releated “news”: I’ve fallen quite behind on Alyssa news and photos. I truely apology for being such an awful webmiss over the last past weeks *shameonme* – but I promise that it will not continue for much longer. My school vacation starts in two weeks, and I have a lot of updates planned for you then. I don’t want to spoil it all now, but I can say as much as that it includes some rare photos, lots of content updates and possibly – a new section
Pregnancy definitely has Alyssa Milano all aglow.
“I feel wonderful,” the actress told PEOPLE Thursday before a private dinner honoring The Creative Coalition at the Ritz-Carlton in Washington, D.C. “I’ve felt wonderful throughout my entire pregnancy, so I feel really blessed.”
With her baby boy in the really active moving stage, Milano, 38, says her growing belly is it’s own form of entertainment these days.
“Watching him shift from one side to the other is pretty bizarre but it makes me giggle,” she says. “Every time I get an ultrasound, he’s doing really funny things like sucking his thumb or elbowing me.”
The mom-to-be says her cravings’ which include white pizza with ricotta and spinach’ are far less exciting.
“I’m still craving boring things like broccoli and pizza, which isn’t much different from my normal diet. I’m a vegetarian, but I do eat cheese,” she shares. “No outrageous cravings. My doctor just told me she once had a patient that drank pickle juice’ I don’t have that!”
And her diet hasn’t changed drastically except that “I eat more of what I used to eat.”
Although Milano isn’t due until early fall, she and husband David Bugliari have already built a roster of five baby names, but she’s staying mum. An avid baseball fan, Milano even considered naming her baby after a baseball great, but the idea struck out.
“I wanted to put Clemente on the list, but my husband wouldn’t go for it. And we’re not going to settle on a name before we see him,” says Milano, who glowed in a soft gray Pea in the Pod maternity dress for the dinner.
She raves that Bugliari has been “lovely” and makes sure she’s “well taken care of” during her pregnancy. “He hasn’t missed one doctor’s appointment,” she notes. But the parents-to-be aren’t the only ones prepping for baby, so are Milano’s five dogs (two Australian Shepherds, two Chihuahuas and a German Shepherd): Dodger, Diesel, Lucy, Gibson and Quixie.
“We know that they know already, especially my Australian Shepherds because they kind of sniff at my belly obsessively,” she says. “We have everyone in training right now. We’re going to start to work with an empty carriage because I walk my dogs every day by myself, so I want to be able to do that and the baby at the same time.”
She continued, “Everyone keeps telling me to make sure that after I give birth, I get that [first] blanket that they wrap the baby in and to have someone bring it home before we get there so the dogs can smell it.”
Continuing on from yesterdays update, I have now added episode screencaptures from “Breaking In“! Alyssa appeared in the second episode of season one, Tis Better to Have Loved and Flossed, and almost 200 captures have been added to our galleries. I really enjoyed the episode – it seems to be a funny show! Alyssa delivered as always, and she looked stunning. Enjoy the screencaptures, and stay tuned for a lot more updates here later today.
As the second update here today, I have added 1500+ screencaptures from Alyssa’s 2010 film “My Girlfriend’s Boyfriend“! I absolutely loved the film, and I strongly suggest you all to go and see it if you haven’t already. Alyssa was adorable, and her performance was as extraordinary as always!
Make sure you browse through all the pages with captures – I know there’s a lot of them, but there are some utterly adorable Alyssa expressions in there. Enjoy the screencaptures, and stay tuned for many more updates to come here at Alyssa Milano Online.
Jesse, in a moment of bold self-confidence, introduces herself to Ethan, a struggling writer. And then in walks Troy, and in a moment of bold self-confidence, he introduces himself to Jesse. Jesse falls in love with both men, who happen to have a lot in common but still seem very different. What will happen when Jesse has to tell the truth?
Jesse (Alyssa Milano, Charmed) is a sassy, intelligent woman who has yet to find “Mr. Right”—until she bumps into Ethan (Christopher Gorham, Ugly Betty, Harper’s Island), a writer pushed to the edge of despair after having another novel rejected by publishers. For Jesse, the encounter offers more than a chance to inspire the artist in Ethan again. It also opens a new, romantic chapter in her life… with one huge complication.
Moments after meeting the perfect guy for her, Jesse meets Mr. Perfect— Troy (Michael Landes, Possession), a confident and successful advertising executive who makes almost every moment elegant and romantic. Soon Jesse is in over her head and grappling with the ultimate romantic paradox: what does a girl do when she meets “Mr. Right”… after already meeting the right guy?
Ultimately, what Jesse discovers about love reflects what the audience discovers about the story itself: Things are not always what they seem. My Girlfriend’s Boyfriend is a classic love story turned upside down, a romantic comedy that blends a warm sincerity with fresh, stylized storytelling and some very big surprises.
Hello netters! First, I would like to apology for the lack of proper updates here at Alyssa Milano Online. I’m still not able to use my own computer, which has resulted into me being unable to save photos, upload them etcetera. Therefore, I’ve been taking some time off the site, as my offline life is really busy these days. I am on vacation right now though, and a good friend of me has allowed me to borrow her computer for a while – so I will update as much as possible today!
First up, is some gorgeous and crispy-clear HQ images from an event Alyssa attented on the 20th of April! Lyssa stepped out in style, and ejoyed an evening of cocktails (probably alcohol-free ones for our pregnant girl) and shopping at an event Coach hosted To Benefit The Children’s Defense Fund. She wore a long black dress, and showed off her baby bump – which is getting pretty huge now! As always, she looked absolutely stunning. 11 pretty photos have been added to our galleries, and I’m on the lookout for more.
Alyssa has also apparently started a new campaign against tropical disease! You can read more about this in the short article below. Alyssa Milano Online are truely proud of Alyssa – she is such an amazing role model for girls and boys all around the world.
Alyssa Milano showed off her pregnancy glow as she arrived at the Evening of Cocktails and Shopping event at Bad Robot in Santa Monica, CA today (April 20).
The expectant actress was joined by fellow mom-to-be Selma Blair as she enjoyed an evening of charity benefitting the Children’s Defense Fund, an American child advocacy and research group, founded in 1973 by Marian Wright Edelman.
Meanwhile Alyssa has kicked off her new campaign against tropical disease.
The 38-year-old star has joined forces with the website Tonic.com to raise $75,000 to help the victims of Lymphatic Filariasis, which is also known as elephantiasis.
The disease is often found in tropical climates where humans can catch it through a mosquito’s bite.
Alyssa recently found out about the project in India that helps sufferers of LF and helps people learn how to look after themselves and others.
Writing on Tonic.com, she said: ‘To keep the program alive it needs a major funding boost of $75,000. When you think about it, $75,000 isn’t very expensive – only about $3.25 per person, per year – a small amount of money can make a huge impact. That’s why, all this week, I’ve teamed up with Tonic, and the Global Network to ask all my fans to band together and contribute to this, the worthiest and most cost-effective cause we can imagine.”

For many of us, it’s hard to imagine what life would be like with a devastating and debilitating disease like Lymphatic Filariasis (LF). LF, also known as elephantiasis, is found in many tropical climates and is transmitted to humans through the bite of a mosquito- causing painful swelling of the limbs.
For a disease that so many people haven’t even heard of, it’s shocking to hear that it impacts over 120 million worldwide.
That’s 120 million people whose limbs are severely disfigured, making it difficult to walk. They aren’t able to work. Or take care of their families. Many are ostracized or even shunned by those in their communities. LF may not necessarily kill its victims, but it strips away dreams and perpetuates poverty.
Through my work as the founding Ambassador for the Global Network for Neglected Tropical Diseases, I learned about a project in India that helps over 23,000 people suffering from LF by teaching them how to treat and care for themselves, literally putting them back on their feet. The program also educates their families and the community about the disease making it less stigmatizing.
There is no cure for people whose limbs have already been impacted by the disease, but there are cost effective, proven interventions that can prevent transmission and alleviate the severity of the disease in those who are already infected.
However, to keep the program alive it needs a major funding boost of $75,000. When you think about it, $75,000 isn’t very expensive — only about $3.25 per person, per year — a small amount of money can make a huge impact.
That’s why, all this week, I’ve teamed up with Tonic, and the Global Network to ask all my fans to band together and contribute to this, the worthiest and most cost-effective cause we can imagine.
Please donate what you can, right here, right now.
